SPA THERAPIST

Conditions:

Full-time ( 8 hour ) employee contract with competitive salary
Flexible working hours, schedule is prepared one month ahead
Professional training is provided

The ideal candidate has:

Professional (therapist) qualifications
Fluent English knowledge
Good communication skills
Flexible
Customer oriented, proactive
ESPA certification and previous hotel experience is an advantage

Main Duties:

Providing high quality and personalized treatments and service
Following hotel protocols and participate on trainings
Promoting treatments and recommending products and services
Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed on each spa guest
Consulting guests medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services, and communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required
Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use
Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed
Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies and reporting shortages to the supervisor
